Post 461. WHERE WAS I?

 OH YES...

THE KITCHEN FLOOR.
All done and dusted again (a rarity in this house). I think it looks good, too. All we have to do is keep it that way. Can you sound sceptical in print? Now Mo's back to the jobbing, I'm back to the scribbling, and everything would be back to normal if only we knew which drawer, cupboard, empty space, currently contains this or that elusive item that had always been situated in the same safe spot because it belonged there. If I had a mind it would boggle.
So that's enough of our world. Right now the hot topic is
TELEVISION
Or simply Series 3 of
Happy Valley with Sarah Lancashire, James Norton, and a superb fellow cast. We, along with over seven million more viewers, watched the final final episode last night.
Written by Sally Wainwright and directed by Fergus O'Brien it was everything the last ever episode of a long-awaited crime thriller could be. Great script. Experienced direction.
And, without spouting a single spoiler, bloody marvellous acting.
We'll have to wait a while for something as good to come along again.
NOW I'M AWAY TO THE KITCHEN,
FANCY A CUPPA?
